Medical science describe it as an effect of the hormone epinephrine secreted by the adrenal gland. In an excited state, like during a very intense argument, a person may be excited to the extend of shaking all over beyond control. Would it be possible that so called "chi gong" is the training to indirectly excite the endocrine system? |
